Description

Cholkino est la ville ouvrière qui a poussé comme un champignon quand le chantier de la centrale nucléaire toute proche a débuté en 1978. Les populations installées ici se sont retrouvées sans rien quand la construction a été abandonnée en 1986, et ont développé, afin de survivre, le potentiel de la région.
